Joanna Sims

Joanna Sims currently serves as the Vice President of Demand Generation at Zywave, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Joanna held several positions at Blackbaud from July 2017 to September 2025, including Sr. Principal and Principal in Demand Generation, where a focus was placed on driving customer acquisition through comprehensive marketing strategies. Previous experience includes Demand Generation Manager roles at Inkling and FinancialForce, where Joanna developed and executed various demand generation programs. Early career experience includes a Marketing Automation Analyst position at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and a Marketing Specialist role at CohnReznick. Joanna holds an A.B.J. in Magazines from the University of Georgia's Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication.
