Susan Gibson

Susan Gibson has over 20 years of work experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Susan started their career at Willis Towers Watson in 1995 as an Assistant Vice President, where they provided risk management services and insurance placements for global organizations. In 2005, they joined Zywave and held various positions, including Customer Success Manager for Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, Manager of Strategic Initiatives, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Success for Enterprise Accounts. Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated expertise in customer success, strategic initiatives, and risk management consulting.

Susan Gibson has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Ball State University - Miller College of Business.
