Tessa Mania has a wide range of work experience. From 2009 to 2019, they have held various roles at different companies. In 2009, they were an Assistant Print Designer at Victoria's Secret. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Assistant Stylist at Isabel Dupre, a Marketing and Public Relations Assistant at Marie Saeki PR, and an Assistant to the Director of Marketing at ADEAM International. In 2014, they were an Assistant Designer and Production Manager at LITKE. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Trend Forecaster at Textiletribe, an Associate Brand Manager and VIP Sales & Personal Shopping at ABC Carpet & Home, and is currently a Supplier and Customer Experience Manager, Senior Manager of Customer Experience, and Community Experience + Sustainability Director at ZZ Driggs.

Tessa Mania completed their high school diploma at The Solebury School from 2007 to 2011. Tessa then attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion, Body and Garment & Sustainable Design. In 2015, they completed a Residency at the Oxbow School of Art & Artist Residency in Painting and Drawing. Tessa also completed Continuing Education at the Fashion Institute of Technology in Small Business Administration/Management.
