Fannie Mae, the largest provider of liquidity to the U.S. housing market, today announced that it has appointed Hugh R. Frater as Chief Executive Officer effective March 26. Frater served as Fannie Mae's Interim CEO since October 16, 2018 and on Fannie Mae's Board since 2016.

Kevin Tsujihara announced that he will be stepping down as CEO & Chairman of Warner Bros. Entertainment. The decision follows an an exposé in the Hollywood Reporter, which described text messages between the executive and Charlotte Kirk revealing that Tsujihara would push for auditions for the actress amid an apparent sexual relationship that he was having with her.

3M today announced the realignment of the company from five to four business segments. As part of the reorganization, James Bauman, executive vice president, Industrial Business Group, and Joaquin Delgado, executive vice president, Consumer Business Group, have announced their intention to retire.

Plantronics announced that Charles Boynton will join the company as Chief Financial Officer on March 8, 2019. Most recently, Boynton held the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer for SunPower Corporation. Boynton succeeds Pam Strayer, who will shift into an advisory role through the end of May.

L. Kevin Cox will join General Electric as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective February 25, 2019. Cox was previously Chief Human Resources Officer at American Express where and the primary architect of the company's human capital plan.

David Bronczek has resigned as President and Chief Operating Officer of FedEx due to personal reasons. Bronczek, 64, was widely seen as next in line to take over from Fred Smith, 74, who is currently serving as CEO.
