Warehouse AI software and robotics company GreyOrange has named Deborah Surrette its new Chief Commercial Officer.
Surrette's new role at the logistics tech company means she will be in charge of GreyOrange's commercial strategy and sales and customer success activities. She brings a record of results-driven expertise in promoting company growth and global expansion and will help drive business growth and market share in existing and new markets.
Before GreyOrange, Surrette previously led Oracle Retail's North America Sales Organization. She also brings experience leading enterprise sales, solutions consulting, demand generation, and operations for global teams at Tulip Retail, IBM, and Sterling Commerce.
"We're really excited to have Deborah join the GreyOrange executive team," GreyOrange co-founder and CEO Samay Kohli said in a company press release. "Deborah brings a wealth of experience in scaling industry-defining solutions. Her proven ability to drive strong customer relationships and execute on global sales strategies will further strengthen our position as the SaaS fulfillment platform of choice for more leading brands and retailers than any other company in the world."
Surrette comes to GreyOrange as demand amid the company's continued global expansion. This past October, the company's GreyMatter operating system and Ranger MoveSmart robots went into use in new European markets.
