Trish Donnelly will be joining PVH Americas as the new Chief Executive Officer. She will be reporting to Chief Executive Officer Stefan Larsson.
The new regional approach of management has been adopted from PVH’s European structure. Donnelly will be responsible for leading the company’s North America-based brands including Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.

The growth opportunities in the region and around the world are very exciting,” said Donnelly in a press release. “I look forward to collaborating with our teams and partners on further developing PVH’s core strengths with a product-driven, consumer-first strategy that is supported by the company’s values.”
Donnelly has worked in the fashion retail industry for multiple years. According to her LinkedIn profile, she started her career at Polo Ralph Lauren in 1988. She stayed with the company for 13 years before moving to Cole Han, where she was a Director in Retail Merchandising. In 2004, she became the Executive Vice President of J.Crew, where she scaled its e-commerce business. She joined Urban Outfitters as the President of North America in 2014, after leaving her position as President at Steven Alan, and became the Global CEO of Urban Outfitters in less than two years.
