NBCUniversal said Tuesday that former Hulu exec Jim Denney will join the company as EVP and Chief Product Officer, Direct-to-Consumer for its streaming service, Peacock. He will report to President of Director-to-Consumer Gidon Katz.

Raytheon Technologies has announced that the Executive Chairman of its Board of Directors, Thomas A. Kennedy, has made the decision to retire effective June 1, 2021.

State Street has named Aman Thind as its EVP and Global Chief Architect. After almost 7 years on the job, Julie Townsend announced she will step down as the Head of Communications for Disney’s ABC News on May 14, according to a report by Deadline.

Markus Diethelm, Group General Counsel of UBS, is stepping down from his role on November 1. He will be succeeded by Barbara Levi, the Chief Legal Officer and External Affairs at Rio Tinto Group.
10. Nomura Names Former JP Morgan Exec as Co-CEO of Americas
Nomura Holdings, a principal member of the Nomura Group, announced that JP Morgan exec Christopher Willcox will serve as President and CEO of Nomura Securities International and Nomura Global Financial Products starting May 3. He will also be named Co-CEO and Senior Managing Director of Nomura Americas.
