Wayfair, the online and home goods destination, has announced that its veteran Chief Product & Marketing Officer, Ed Macri, will retire this summer on June 30, 2021. Source | Full Story

Petco’s Board of Directors added three new members: Former Gap CFO Sabrina Simmons, Best Buy President and COO Mike Mohan, and Mary Sullivan, who serves as the Senior Managing Director & Chief Talent Officer at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments). Source | Full Story

Poshmark announced today the creation of its first-ever chief people officer. William Ingham, who most recently worked as Chief HR Officer at Visa Europe, has stepped into the role. Source | Full Story

Ulta Beauty CEO Mary Dillon is stepping down after eight years leading the specialty beauty shop. Ulta President Dave Kimbell will succeed Dillon as CEO and will be nominated to stand for election to the company’s Board of Directors at the 2021 annual stockholders meeting. Source

Walmart announced that fashion designer Brandon Maxwell is collaborating with the retailer as Creative Director for its Free Assembly and Scoop fashion brands. Source

Christopher & Banks President and CEO Keri Jones has resigned from the apparel retailer. Source

WWP Beauty has named veteran senior-level global marketing executive Musa Dias as its new Global Chief Marketing Officer. Source

Ross Stores expects to name George Orban as Chairman of the Board and CEO Barbara Rentler as Vice Chair. These Board leadership changes will become effective following the Company’s Annual Stockholders Meeting on May 19, 2021. Source
