Workplace Tech

Workrise, a workforce management platform for skilled trades, has selected Allen Narcisse as its new COO. Narcisse most recently served as Head of Market Strategy at Lyft.

Parsable, a platform for frontline industrial work, has hired Navin Vardya as its first SVP of Customer Success. Vardya was previously an executive at Coupa Software.

Proton.ai, an AI-powered sales platform for distributors, has appointed Scott Frymire as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Proton.ai, Frymire led global marketing for Unilog.

Fintech

Payfare, a fintech company powering digital banking and instant payment solutions, has appointed Cihan Tuncay as Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Development. Tuncay joins from Stifel Financial Corporation where he was Director of Equity Research.

Checkout.com, a global payments provider, has named Momentive’s Leela Srinivasan as its Chief Marketing Officer and Oscar Health’s Kerry Van Voris as its Chief Human Resources Officer.

Ackroo, a loyalty marketing, payments, and point-of-sale technology and services provider, has hired Paul Hart as CFO.

Health Tech

CathWorks, a cardiovascular disease-focused digital health innovator, announced that Mike Feher was appointed CFO. Most recently, he was Vice President, Business Planning & Development at Allied Universal.

Fishawack Health has hired Jonathan (Jon) Koch as its new CEO. He last served as Group President of Clinical Development and Commercialization services at Covance (now Labcorp Drug Development).

Iris Telehealth, a provider of telepsychiatry services to healthcare providers, has hired Chris Kuhns as CFO. He was previously the SVP of Finance at Vituity.

Capital Rx, a healthtech company focused on prescription drug pricing, announced that it has hired Ari Fischel as CFO. Fischel joins from Oscar Health.

LetsGetChecked, a virtual care startup, appointed Rebecca Silver as its new SVP of Marketing. Most recently, Silver was VP of Brand Marketing at Kindbody.

CloudMD, a health tech company innovating the delivery of care, has appointed Angel Paravicini as SVP of Business Development and Customer Success. She was previously the Head of North American Partnerships and Sales for Lifeworks.

Transportation Tech

Fisker has picked David King as its new SVP of Engineering. Before joining the EV maker, King was VP and Chief Special Operations Officer at Aston Martin Lagonda.

Workhorse Group, a manufacturer of drone-integrated electric vehicles for the last-mile delivery sector, has selected Jim Harrington from Delphi Technologies as its new Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary.

Baraja, a LiDAR manufacturer for autonomous vehicles, has announced Joseph Notaro as its new Chief Commercial Officer. He joins Baraja after serving as the Vice President of WW Automotive Strategy and Business Development at onsemi.

ParkMobile, a parking app, announced the hirings of Kara Womack as VP of Product and Chris Henderson as VP of Mobile and Web Engineering. Womack comes to ParkMobile from UserTesting and Henderson joins from Wunderman Thompson Apps.

E-Commerce

Bloomreach, a digital experience platform built for commerce, has promoted Amanda Elam from SVP of Global Marketing to Chief Marketing Officer.

UpstartWorks, an advanced e-commerce commercialization platform for industrial brands, today announced Melonie Carnegie as CEO. She most recently led Lennox International's Learning Solutions division and served as Region Sales Director, Southeast.

Shift, an end-to-end auto e-commerce platform, has appointed Jeff Clementz as President. Clementz was most recently SVP, GM of Walmart US Marketplace and Partner Operations.

Agriculture Tech

Iron Ox, a farming innovation startup, has hired Claudia Fulga as its first VP of People. Fulga was most recently a tech industry startup adviser for PeopleTech Partners.

IT

BitTitan, a leader in migrations and managed services automation, announced that Joseph Nguyen has joined as the company’s first Director of Information Security. Most recently, he served as Perspectium’s Director of DevOps.

Cybersecurity

TrueFort, a zero-trust application protection company, selected Matthew Voss as its new VP of Research and Development. Voss had been Dun & Bradstreet’s Head of Enterprise Architecture and Identity Insights Leader.

Connectivity

ExteNet Systems, a private owner and provider of 5G infrastructure and neutral host solutions, has named Monnie McGaffigan as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to ExteNet, McGaffigan helped launch XG Communities.

Frontier Communications announced that Melissa Pint has been appointed Chief Digital Information Officer. She most recently served as SVP and Head of Technology at JCPenney.

Frontier Communications named Charlon McIntosh as its new Chief Customer Operations Officer. McIntosh was previously Humana’s SVP of Group Military Specialty Service and Business Operations.

Kaleyra, a cloud communications software provider, revealed that Mauro Carobene has joined as the company’s new Chief Business Officer. Carobene spent the last three years as the Chief Revenue Officer of DigitalRoute.
