Workplace Tech

Robin, a people-focused workplace platform, has appointed Micah Remley as CEO. Most recently, Remley served as the CEO at MineralTree.

People.ai, a Revenue Operations and Intelligence (RO&I) platform, announced that Mariana Prado Cogan has been named Chief Marketing Officer. She was most recently the SVP of Digital Experience and Engagement at PTC.

MediaMath, a programmatic marketing technology company, revealed that Neil Nguyen has been appointed CEO. Nguyen previously held CEO and President roles at DG and Sizmek.

RingCentral, anl enterprise cloud communications and collaboration company, named Mo Katibeh, as its new COO. Katibeh is the former Chief Product Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for AT&T Business.

AlertMedia, an emergency communication provider for organizations, announced it has hired Elizabeth Loucheur as COO. Prior to AlertMedia, Loucheur was Chief Product Officer at Kazoo.

LogMeIn, the company behind LastPass, GoToConnect, GoToMeeting and Rescue, announced that Mike Kohlsdorf will join the company as CEO. Kohlsdorf was the President of Francisco Partners Consulting and has served on the LogMeIn Board of Directors since August 2020

Fintech

FICO, a data analytics company focused on credit scoring services, announced that Stephanie Covert has taken on an expanded role as EVP for Software. She had been the company’s EVP for Sales, Marketing and Services.

Earnix, an AI-driven rating, pricing, and product personalization solutions provider for the insurance and banking industries, announced that Kyle Caswell has been named Chief Revenue Officer. Caswell was previously the EVP of Sales at Intellect Design Arena.

Health Tech

Celo Health, a HIPAA-compliant messaging platform for healthcare providers, promoted Jack Clough to Chief Growth Officer to lead U.S. operations from its new headquarters in Seattle. Prior to his new role, Clough held senior business development and sales roles at the New Zealand-based company.

Hims & Hers, a multi-specialty telehealth platform focused on modern personalized health and wellness experiences, appointed Jay Spitzer as SVP of Investor Relations. Spitzer previously served as the VP of Investor Relations for Walgreens Boots Alliance.

Availity, the a real-time health information network, announced that Bobbi Coluni has joined the company as Chief Product Officer. Coluni previously served as the Leader of Payer Product Management at IBM Watson Health.

Overjet, a dental AI company, announced that Dr. Teresa Dolan has joined as Chief Dental Officer. Dr. Dolan joins Overjet from Dentsply Sirona, where she served as Clinical Officer.

Iris Telehealth, a leading provider of telepsychiatry services, has hired Alli Fair as SVP of Operations. She previosulys served as the SVP of Radiology Services at Envision Healthcare.

Iris Telehealth hired Dan Ferris as its new Chief Marketing Officer. Ferris joins the telepsychiatry company from Hillrom, where he served as Executive Director of Global Innovation, Strategy, and Business Development

Ed Tech

Nerdy, a platform for live online learning, announced that Molly Sorg has joined as VP and Head of Investor Relations. Most recently, Sorg served as SVP of Investor Relations and Chief Purpose and Sustainability Officer at Vistra Corp.

Media Tech

Roku announced that Scott Rosenberg, SVP and General Manager of Platform Business, plans to step down sometime in the spring of 2022. The company is currently searching for a successor.

E-Commerce

Fabric, a headless commerce platform, announced that Craig Berman is its first SVP of Corporate Marketing. Berman is transitioning from his current role as an outside advisor to the company.

Enjoy Technology, a technology-powered service platform reinventing “Commerce at Home,” selected Vineet Gambhir as its Chief People Officer. He has previously held senior leadership roles at Intel, HCL America, Cisco and Yahoo.

AutoWeb, an automotive matchmaking platform to connect car shoppers to their preferred vehicle transactions, has named Carlton Hamer as CFO and Josh Barsetti as Controller and Principal Accounting Officer.

Transportation Tech

Lion Electric, a manufacturer of all-electric medium and heavy-duty urban vehicles, announced Richard Coulombe has been named SVP of Strategic Initiatives. Additionally, Eric Pansegrau has been selected as the General Manager for the company’s Joliet Plant.

Voltaiq, an enterprise battery intelligence company serving the automotive sector, named Martin Thall as its President and COO. Thall had been the EVP of electronics at Visteon.

Reliable Robotics, an automated aircraft systems company, today named David DeRose as Director of Finance and Lee Tomlinson as Director of Operations for its airline subsidiary, called Part 135.

Logistics Tech

PowerFleet, a provider of subscription-based IoT solutions for managing high-value enterprise assets, has appointed Steve Towe as the company’s new CEO. Towe joins PowerFleet from Aptos, where he successfully served as President and COO.

Cybersecurity

Apiiro, a cloud-native application security company, appointed Eldan Ben-Haim as its Chief Architect Officer. Ben-Haim joins Apiiro from Transmit Security, where he was CTO.

Imperva, a cybersecurity company, named Brad Steiner as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Steiner was previously SVP and General Counsel at Extensity.

Beyond Identity, a passwordless authentication platform, revealed that Bill Hogan has joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer. Hogan previously led sales teams at EMC, StorageApps and NetApp.

IT

Databricks, a data and AI company, appointed Naveen Zutshi as the company's Chief Information Officer. Zutshi joins Databricks from Palo Alto Networks, where he most recently spent six years as CIO.

Teradata, a provider of database and analytics-related products and services, has promoted Michael Hutchinson, currently Teradata’s head of Customer Success, to the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer to lead its new Global Customer Services organization.

LogicMonitor, a fully automated, cloud-based infrastructure monitoring and observability platform for enterprise IT and managed service providers, has promoted its President, Christina Kosmowski, to CEO. Former CEO and company founder Kevin McGibben has become Executive Chairman.

Precisely, a global leader in data integrity, today announced that Patrick McCarthy has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Prior to joining Precisely, McCarthy was the EVP of Sales and Client Development at Risk Management Solutions.

Internet

Upwork, a work marketplace, announced that Melissa Waters has joined the company as its Chief Marketing Officer. She joins Upwork from Meta, where she was Global VP of Marketing for Instagram.

GoDaddy, the Internet domain registrar and web hosting company, announced Roger Chen was promoted to the role of COO. Chen had been the President of GoDaddy's Domain Registrars and Investors Business.

BuzzFeed has named Christian Baesler as its new COO. Baesler, who will continue to serve as CEO of Complex Networks, which was acquired by BuzzFeed last month.

Signal, the secure messaging app, has announced that its Founder and CEO Moxie Marlinspike has stepped down as CEO. Brian Acton, who is the Executive Chairman of the Signal Foundation board, has volunteered to serve as interim CEO.

Indeed has announced that Svenja Gudell has joined the job platform as its Chief Economist. Gudell comes to Indeed from Zillow, where she worked as the Chief Economist.

Connectivity

DISH Network today named John Swieringa to the expanded role of President and COO of DISH Wireless. Swieringa will continue to lead DISH's retail wireless business, and oversee day-to-day wireless activities.

Zayo Group, a fiber-based communications solutions provider, announced that Lynn D. Tinney has joined as SVP of Channels and Partnerships. Tinney joins Zayo from Brightcove, Inc., where she served as VP of Global Channels.

VR/AR

Matterport, a spatial data company announced that Rob Hines has joined the company as Managing Director for the Americas. Hines joins Matterport from Block.one, where he was Chief Revenue Officer.

Real Estate Tech

Zillow announced that Jenny Arden is the company's first Chief Design Officer. Arden has previously led creative and design teams at Nike, Lyft and Airbnb.

Curbio, pay-at-closing home improvement solution for real estate transactions, picked Pamela Cohn as its new COO. Cohn most recently served as the COO and US General Manager of Hyundai Motor Group's Air Mobility Division.

Unison, the leader in residential equity agreements, named PayPal veteran Ryan Downs as President and Silicon Valley Bank executive Scott Case as CFO.

Mosaic, a construction technology platform for the residential development industry, hired Andrea Wilson as its Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Mosaic, Wilson was the Chief People Officer at Outcast.

Aerospace

Voyager Space, a space exploration company, selected Monique Brown as Director of Business Development for national security programs. Brown is the former Director of Strategy and Business Development at Lockheed Martin.

Semiconductor Manufacturers

Intel has hired David Zinsner as EVP and CFO, effective Jan. 17, 2022. He most recently served as EVP and CFO at Micron Technology. Intel has also selected EVP Michelle Johnston Holthaus as the General Manager of its Client Computing Group.

Food Tech

Coravin, a global wine technology company, named Dave Krupinski as its CTO. Before joining Coravin, Krupinski was Co-Founder, CTO, and Chief Safety & Cybersecurity Officer at Care.com.

Legal Tech

Clio, a cloud-based legal technology provider, announced that Curt Sigfstead has joined as its new CFO. Prior to joining Clio, Sigfstead was the CFO for Toronto-based fintech company Clearco.

Notarize, an online notarization platform, selected Derek Knudsen as its new CTO and David Razon as its new Chief People Officer.
