Workplace Tech

Workday, a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, named Patrick Blair as President of the Americas. Most recently, he served as President of CRM at C3 AI.

Introhive, an AI-powered sales and revenue acceleration platform, announced Eric Goldwater as its new CFO. Goldwater most recently served as the CFO of SKDK.

VMware, an enterprise software company, named former GitHub executive Laura Heisman as Chief Marketing Officer and promoted Sylvain Cazard to General Manager of Asia Pacific and Japan.

VMware named former Splunk executive John Sabino as Chief Customer Experience Officer and Zia Yusuf as SVP of Strategic Ecosystem and Industry Solutions. Yusuf joins VMware from Boston Consulting Group, where he was a Senior Partner & Managing Director.

Dialpad, an AI-powered communication and collaboration solutions provider for businesses, hired Jim Nystrom as EVP of Global Sales and Kent Venook as VP of Global Sales Development.

Fintech

Fundraise Up, a fundraising platform for enterprise nonprofits, named Lukas Mikelinich as VP of Sales. Prior to Fundraise Up, Lukas served as the VP of Sales at Negotiatus.

Papaya, a mobile bill payment application, named Bryan Haynes as Chief Revenue Officer and Shemika Jones as Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.

Insurtech

Groundspeed, a provider of SaaS-delivered smart submission and analytics solutions to the property & casualty insurance industry, hired Vishal Srivastava as VP of Engineering, Devon Watts as VP of Marketing, and Danielle Hurley as VP of Sales.

Health Tech

ViewMind, a brain health diagnostic, medical device, digital health and AI company, appointed Denise Kelly as its VP of Sales and Business Development. Kelly joins ViewMind from Medtronic, where she served as VP of Sales.

Parallel Learning, a digital health platform that provides a new way to test, diagnose, and empower students with learning and thinking differences, hired Susan Liu as its COO and Robert Stager as Director of Partnerships. Prior to Parallel, Liu was VP of Clinical Operations at Cerebral.

ArisGlobal, a provider of life sciences software that automates core drug development processes, today announced that Mike Gordon will succeed Sankesh Abbhi as CEO. Gordon most recently served as CEO of Altus Group.

Big Health, a digital therapeutics company, announced the appointment of Gabriela Perez as Chief Commercial Officer. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President & General Manager at Ovia Health.

Availity, a real-time health information network, revealed that Nathan von Colditz has joined the company as Chief Strategy Officer. In his most recent role, von Colditz served as a senior expert and associate partner at McKinsey & Co.

Hyperice, a recovery and movement enhancement technology provider for athletes, has named Sung Kim as CFO. Sung was previously the VP of Finance & Strategy at The Honest Company.

Fabric Genomics, an AI-based clinical decision support platform for genomics-driven precision medicine, named Jyoti Palaniappan as its Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to joining Fabric, Palaniappan was the SVP of Diagnostics at Adaptive Biotechnologies.

Gympass, a corporate wellbeing platform, appointed former Googler executive Carolee Gearhart as its Chief Revenue Officer and former HubSpot executive Ryan Bonnici as Chief Marketing Officer.

E-Commerce

Weee!, an e-grocer with a focus on ethnic foods, named filmmaker Jon M. Chu as the company’s Chief Creative Officer.

Chord, a headless commerce and data platform for DTC brands, announced that David Dewey has joined the company as CTO. Prior to joining Chord, Dewey spent nearly three years leading the Data Science team at Mailchimp.

AutoWeb, a platform connecting in-market car shoppers to their preferred vehicle transactions, appointed Scott Edwards as its SVP of Digital Marketing Operations. AutoWeb also promoted Brett Nanigian to SVP of Product and Technology.

Media Tech

FuboTV, a sports-first live TV streaming platform, named John Janedis as its new CFO, effective February 7, 2022. Prior to joining fuboTV, Janedis was managing director, senior equity research analyst at Wolfe Research.

Transportation Tech

Passport, a transportation software and payments company, named Sathish Gaddipati as its new CTO. He was previously the CTO at Syntellis Performance Solutions.

Social Mobile, a mobility solutions integrator, has hired Mike Burr as CTO. He joins from Google where he worked on the Android Enterprise team.

Cerence, a company creating AI-powered experiences for the mobility world, announced that CFO Mark Gallenberger will retire on March 11. He will remain with Cerence in an advisory role through mid-November 2022 to ensure continuity in the business and an orderly transition to a new CFO.

Logistics Tech

Actify, the leading provider of visualization and program management solutions for the automotive supply chain, appointed Bob Anson as the company's new VP of Products. Prior to Actify, Anson was Chief Product Officer at Xeeva.

Flowspace, a logistics technology platform, selected Esther Kestenbaum Prozan as Chief Revenue Officer. Prozan joins Flowspace from Ruby Has Fulfillment

Blue Yonder, a digital supply chain and omnichannel commerce fulfillment company, announced that CEO Girish Rishi is leaving the company. The company’s EVP of Worldwide Commercial Business, Mark Morgan, will serve as interim CEO.

Cybersecurity

Parallel Markets, a leader in compliant digital identity and on-chain Web3 identity solutions named Suzanne Elovic as President and Head of Business Development. She previously served as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Carta.

Waratek, an application security solutions company, promoted Douglas Ennis from Chief Revenue Officer to CEO.

Datto, a cybersecurity and data backup company, announced that Emily Tabak Epstein has been appointed Datto’s General Counsel. Most recently, Epstein served as Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Coupang.

Cyvatar, a Cybersecurity as a Service (CSaaS) company, hired Alise Barron as VP of Member Experience. Barron was previously a Guard Operations Program Manager with BlackBerry.

Cerberus Sentinel, a managed compliance and cybersecurity provider named Rory Sanchez as President. Previously, Sanchez served as CEO of True Digital Security.

IT

Noetic Cyber, a cloud-based continuous cyber asset management and controls platform, hired Karen Higgins as CFO, Mike Rogers as Chief Revenue Officer, and Charlie Howe as VP of Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Astreya, a premier IT managed services solution provider, announced the promotion of Andrea Bendzick from COO to President.

Ovation Data, a data management service company, selected former Ikon Science CEO Mark Bashforth as its new CEO.

ConnectWise, the world’s leading software company dedicated to the success of IT solution providers, named Patrick Beggs as Chief Information Security Officer. Most recently, Beggs served as Cognizant Technology’s global cyber operations executive.

Semiconductor Manufacturers

QuickLogic, a developer of ultra-low power multi-core voice-enabled SoCs, embedded FPGA IP, and Endpoint AI solutions has appointed semiconductor industry veteran Elias Nader to serve as its new CFO and SVP of Finance, effective February 1, 2022. He most recently served as CFO at Pixelworks.

IoT

Impinj, a RAIN RFID provider and IoT company, promoted Hussein Mecklai from EVP of Engineering to COO.
