Shiftboard, a provider of enterprise workforce scheduling software, announced the appointment of Dan Wassel as it CFO. Before joining Shiftboard, Wassel was CFO at Headset.

Argyle, an employment data platform that provides companies access to user-permissioned employment records in real time, hired Andrew Djalali as SVP of Revenue. Djalali most recently worked as Box’s Global Director of Commercial Sales.

Fintech

FalconX, a digital assets and cryptocurrency platform, selected Jon Kaplan as Head of Revenue. He previously spent six years at Pinterest where he led the company's global revenue operations.

Tangoe, an invoice, inventory and expense management solution provider, announced that Mark Denney will join as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to joining Tangoe, Denney held various senior leadership positions at Masergy, Paetec and Windstream Communications.

Coinme, a U.S.-based cryptocurrency cash exchange, announced that Brian Reisbeck has joined as its new Chief Compliance Officer. Reisbeck previously served as the compliance chief at a major U.S.-based crypto exchange and helped launch Robinhood’s crypto offering.

Clearco, a financing products and services fintech, revealed that co-founder Andrew D’Souza has stepped down as CEO. Michele Romanow, the co-founder and President of Clearco, has been appointed as the company’s CEO.

InsurTech

Gradient AI, an enterprise software provider of AI solutions in the insurance industry, announced that Anthony Tuffile has been named Chief Revenue Officer. Most recently he led sales and client services for Acxiom’s Insurance & Healthcare practice.

Health Tech

eMed, the market leader in at-home test verification technology and services, has named Michael Cole as CFO. Prior to joining eMed, Cole founded private equity investment firm SevenSaoi Capital.

Glassbeam, a data and predictive analytics company focused on connected medical machines, added Cary Lucian as its SVP of Sales & Business Development for the Americas; Robert Villarreal as its SVP of Global Accounts & Customer Success, and Dave Ysseldyke as VP of Marketing and Product Management.

Happyly, a innovative corporate mental and physical health technology company, hired Jordan Cohen as Chief Commercial Officer. Cohen was previously the SVP of Operations at Caroo.

aptihealth, a tech-driven behavioral health provider, hired Elizabeth Rushforth as its Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Most recently, Ms. Rushforth served as EVP, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer & Corporate Secretary for COTA.

AiM Medical Robotics, a leading developer of MRI-compatible intraoperative robotics for neurosurgery, today announced that Gregory Cole, Ph.D., has been appointed as its first CTO. Dr. Cole joins AiM from his roles of Director of New Products and Director of Advanced Development at Seegrid.

FOLX Health, the first digital healthcare service provider designed by and for the medical needs of the LGBTQIA+ community, announced Liana Douillet Guzmán will join the company as its new CEO. She most recently served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Skillshare.

PayGround, a healthcare payments platform, announced Adam Younger has moved into his new role as Chief Revenue Officer. He previously served as Chief Strategy Officer.

Marpai, an AI-technology company transforming the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) market supporting self-funded employer health plans, hired former Google Group Product Manager of Healthcare Analytics Lutz Finger is joining the company as President of Product and Development.

bttn, a next-generation healthcare distributor, announced Steve Nielsen, the former CEO of McKesson Medical and LABSCO, has joined as President.

EdTech

Study.com, an edtech company, promoted Michael Schmier from Chief Product Officer to COO.

Transportation Tech

automotiveMastermind, a provider of predictive analytics and marketing automation solutions for dealerships, promoted Matt Leone from COO to CEO, effective April 1, 2022.

Nikola hired Michael Lohscheller, the former CEO of Vietnamese EV maker Vinfast and an ex-VW executive, as its President.

Sibros, a connected vehicle platform company, named Kris Smeds as its CTO. He previously held leadership and senior engineering roles at Tesla, Zoox and most recently, Waymo.

Logistics Tech

Project44, the leading supply chain visibility platform, today announced Vivek Kundra has joined the company as COO. Kundra is the former COO at Sprinklr and was the first Chief Information Officer of the United States, appointed by President Obama.

GetSwift, a provider of last mile SaaS logistics technology and services, announced the resignation of CEO Bane Hunter. The company has appointed the company's founder and current President, Joel Macdonald, as interim CEO.

Cybersecurity

Code42, a data loss protection, visibility, and recovery solutions provider, announced that it welcomes Maria Izurieta to its executive team as CFO. Prior to joining Code42, Izurieta served as CFO of Expel.

Deep Instinct, a cybersecurity company leveraging end-to-end deep learning, announced that Mike Saletta joins as Area VP of Americas Channels, Joe Santamorena joins as Area VP of Global MSSP Programs, and Phanneth Wood joins as Director of Global Distribution.

AppOmni, the leading provider of SaaS Security Management software, added Harold Byun as Chief Product Officer. Prior to joining AppOmni, Byun held product leadership roles at ServiceNow.

Cerberus Sentinel, a managed compliance and cybersecurity provider, announced that Dave Bennett has joined as COO. Previously, Bennett served as Chief Product Officer for Experian Health.

IT

Acumatica, a cloud ERP company, named John Case as its new CEO, effective March 1, 2022. Before joining Acumatica, Case was CEO of software company Unify Square.

Virtana, a provider of AI-driven solutions for hybrid cloud management and monitoring, announced that Steve Hershkowitz has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer. He brings sales experience from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cisco, Avaya, and 3Com.

Integreon, a global managed services provider, revealed that its CEO, Bob Rowe, has stepped down. The company has retained executive search firm, Heidrick & Struggles, to identify a successor.

Sauce Labs, a provider of continuous testing and error reporting solutions, named Martha Jensen as Chief People Officer.

Internet

Meta promoted Nick Clegg from VP of Global Affairs and Communications to President of Global Affairs.

Proptech

withco, a commercial property ownership platform for small businesses, hired Leah Stearns, the former CFO of CBRE and American Tower's US division, as its interim CFO.

Semiconductor Manufacturers

Intel today announced that Christoph Schell has been appointed EVP and Chief Commercial Officer to lead the Sales, Marketing and Communications Group (SMG), starting March 14. Schell joins Intel from HP, where he was most recently Chief Commercial Officer.

Wiliot, a fabless semiconductor company developing passive SoC platforms for the IoT market, named Manish Bansal Chief Product Officer. Prior to joining Wiliot, Bansal served as Amazon's Director and General Manager in its Supply Chain Optimization Technology organization.

Drop, a smart kitchen platform, appointed Anthony Sullivan as Chief Product Officer. He previously held senior product roles at BBC News and The Guardian.

Food Tech

Future Meat, a company developing innovative technology to produce cultivated meat, appointed Nicole Johnson-Hoffman as CEO. Previously, Johnson-Hoffman was based in Munich, Germany, where she served as Managing Director of Further Processed Foods for OSI Europe.

Pairwise, a mission-driven food tech company, named Wendy Webb Williams as its General Counsel and VP of Operations. She previously served as Chief Legal Officer at Sara Lee Frozen Bakery.

MyCase, a provider of cloud-based legal practice management software and payment services to law firms, welcomed Arman Saman as its Chief Product and Technology Officer. Before that, he was the Chief Product and Technology Officer at AdvancedMD.
