Klaviyo, a customer data and marketing automation platform, added nine new executives. The company has hired Ronnie Parikh as VP of Corporate Development, Chris Chiodo as VP of Platform Engineering, Lisa Maronski as Head of Integrated Talent, Stefanie Layne as VP of Treasury, Sahil Sethi as VP of Product Marketing, Shannon Tatz as VP of Investor Relations, Vivek Punjabi as VP of Go-To-Market Operations, Carmen Lam as VP of Internal Audit and Compliance and Mohan Kasibhatla as VP of Pricing.

UKG, a provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions, revealed that Pat Wadors will become Chief People Officer on April 18, 2022. She most recently served as CPO at Procore Technologies.

Rev, an AI-powered martech solution for B2B sales and marketing teams, hired Jeffrey Ha in the role of Chief Go-to-Market Officer. Ha brings experience in sales and marketing at PLAE, NetBase Solutions and BrightEdge.

Wonolo, an on-demand staffing platform, promoted Monica Plaza from VP of Strategy to Chief Strategy Officer.

Greenhouse, a hiring software company, named Donald Knight as its first Chief People Officer. Knight is the former SVP of People at Edelman.

Fintech

Lithic, a card issuing platform, named Steven Goran as its new CFO. Goran was previously the CFO at Bread.

Bill.com, a provider of cloud-based software that simplifies and automates back-office financial processes, hired former Twitter Chief Information Security Officer Rinki Sethi as its VP and CISO.

Cleverbridge, a global commerce and subscription billing service for B2B and B2C organizations, named Steve Dunnigan as SVP of Sales for the EMEA/APAC regions. Most recently, he led EMEA sales at Flexera.

Health Tech

Akili, a digital medicine company developing cognitive treatments, selected Jon David as its new Chief Product Officer. He joins Akili after serving as VP and General Manager at Glu Mobile.

Insurtech

FutureProof Technologies, an insurtech startup working to quantify climate and weather risk, announced that Fielding (Fid) Norton has joined as Chief Insurance Officer. He most recently served as Chief Enterprise Risk Officer at XL Catlin.

EdTech

Bluum, an education technology solutions provider, promoted Mike Logan from Regional VP for the South territory to VP of Business Development.

E-Commerce

Flowspace, an e-commerce fulfillment platform, named Jessica Burgess as VP of Business Development. Burgess joins Flowspace from Ruby Has Fulfillment, where she oversaw its sales team prior to the company’s acquisition by ShipMonk in January 2022.

Etsy, an e-commerce marketplace, promoted Raina Moskowitz from Chief Operations, Strategy, and People Officer to COO. The company also hired WW International’s Chief People Officer, Kim Seymour, as its Chief Human Resources Officer.

Digital River, a provider API-based payments and risk, order management and commerce services to enterprise brands, selected Keith Bush as its CFO. Bush most recently served as CFO at Deluxe Corporation.

Media Tech

FunPlus, an independent mobile game developer and publisher, hired Josh Burns as its Senior Director of Business Development for North America. Prior to joining FunPlus, Burns was the founder of DigitalDevConnect.

Rush Street Gaming promoted Tim Drehkoff from CFO to CEO, effective May 1, 2022.

Transportation Tech

Arbe Robotics, a startup creating 4D Imaging Radar Solutions, hired former General Motors Radar Development Lead, Gonen Barkan, as its Chief Radar Officer.

Cerence, an automotive voice and AI company, has hired Jennifer Salinas as its new SVP and General Counsel, effective April 4, 2022. She most recently served as General Counsel of the Infrastructure Solutions Group and Global Head of Litigation at Lenovo.

Logistics Tech

GreyOrange, a fulfillment platform and warehouse robotics company, appointed Sara Gardner as VP of Product Marketing. Gardner most recently served as Head of Global Growth Strategy and Marketing at Johnson Controls.

Cybersecurity

Fidelis Cybersecurity, an automated threat detection company, has promoted Cameron Pforr from CFO to President.

Perimeter 81, a Security Services Edge (SSE) and Zero Trust Networking company, hired Gily Netzer as VP of Marketing. Netzer joins Perimeter 81 from Cymulate where she served as CMO.

Cerberus Sentinel, a cybersecurity company, revealed that Ashley Devoto has been appointed Chief Information Security Officer. Devoto most recently served as CISO for Booz Allen Hamilton.

Proofpoint, a cybersecurity and compliance company, announced that interim CEO Ashan Willy has been appointed CEO, effective immediately.

Trulioo, an identity verification company, has named Reno Mathews as its first Chief Compliance Officer. Mathews was formerly the Director of Product Integration and Compliance at Meta.

IT

LiveRamp, a data enablement platform, named former Starbucks marketing executive Jessica Shapiro as its Chief Marketing Officer.

Luminous Computing, the machine learning systems company building the world’s most powerful AI supercomputers, appointed Michael Hochberg as President. Hochberg most recently founded Elenion, which was acquired by Nokia, where he subsequently served as CTO of the Optical Subsystems business.

DuploCloud, a no-code/low-code infrastructure automation and compliance company, added Zafar Abbas as its VP of Engineering. Prior to joining DuploCloud, Zafar served as the VP of Software Engineering at JUUL Labs.

Moloco, a machine learning (ML) and growth solutions provider for performance marketers, appointed David Simon as General Manager of Growth Initiatives. He joins Moloco from Fyber, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer.

Uptake, an industrial intelligence software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, promoted its COO, Linda Bartman, to the role of President.

Virtana, a provider of AI-driven solutions for hybrid cloud management and monitoring, appointed Kimberly Perryman as its VP of People. Prior to Virtana, Kimberly served as Director of People Operations at Nextlink.

Internet

Strava, a fitness tracking and social platform for athletes appointed Zipporah 'Zip' Allen as its Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Strava, Zip Allen served as Chief Digital Officer at Taco Bell.

Legal Tech

LogicGate, a provider of transformative risk and compliance solutions, named Kara Smith as CFO and Caroline Werner as CPO. Smith previously served as the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis at Datto and Werner was the SVP of Global Talent at Korn Ferry.
