Reejig, a workforce intelligence platform, named Michael Johnson as its SVP of Sales and Partnerships. Johnson joins Reejig from SmartRecruiters, where he was SVP of Enterprise Sales.
Contentful, a digital content platform, hired Atlassian’s former Head of Jira Work Management and Head of Growth, Mairead O'Donovan, as its Chief Product Officer. The company also named former Zendesk engineering leader Søren Abildgaard as EVP of Engineering.
The Trade Desk, an advertising technology company, selected Naseem Tuffaha as Chief Growth Officer. Tuffaha, was most recently the General Manager of Worldwide Sales & Go-To-Market at Microsoft.
Tango Card, a digital rewards and incentives provider, hired Sheila Bijoor as its first full-time Chief Product Officer. Prior to Tango Card, Bijoor was VP of Product Management at Quotient Technology.
OppFi, a financial technology platform, promoted Pamela Johnson from Chief Accounting Office to CFO.
Greenlight, a family fintech company, hired Doug Spear as its first Chief Legal Officer. He joins from Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, where he led the firm's industry-leading Emerging Companies practice.
COTA, an oncology real-world data and analytics company, promoted Miruna Sasu, from Chief Strategy Officer to President and CEO.
Cowbell Cyber, a provider of cyber insurance, announced that Joshua Chan has joined as CTO. He was previously the VP of Engineering at Zimperium.
DreamBox Learning, an education technology and intelligent adaptive learning provider, promoted Dianna Winegarden from SVP of Client Success to Chief Customer Officer.
Panopto, a software company that provides lecture recording, screencasting and streaming software for e-learning, hired Chris Knowlton as its Chief Evangelist. Knowlton is a veteran of Microsoft, Wowza Media Systems, and BlueFrame Technology.
StoryFile, a conversational video platform, named co-founder Heather Maio-Smith to the new role of Chief Visionary Officer and co-founder Stephen D. Smith as CEO. Matthew Everitt has also joined the company as CFO, having recently served as Executive Producer of NBC’s World of Dance with Jennifer Lopez and in both the CFO and CEO roles for the World of Dance organization.
Lightspeed Commerce, a commerce platform that helps merchants simplify customer experiences, promoted Brandon Nussey from CFO to COO and promoted finance executive Asha Bakshani as his replacement. Lightspeed also hired GenesisCare’s Chief People & Culture Officer, Rani Hammond, as its Chief People Officer, effective April 18, 2022.
Invaluable, an online marketplace for fine art, antiques and collectibles, promoted David Krauter from COO to CEO.
ACV, a digital automotive marketplace and data services partner, hired Leanne Fitzgerald as Chief Legal Officer. Fitzgerald most recently served as General Counsel and Secretary for Cerence.
Verra Mobility, a provider of smart mobility technology solutions, appointed Jon Baldwin as EVP of Government Solutions, effective April 4, 2022. Baldwin was previously President of Fortive's Gems, Sensors and Controls business.
DroneDek, an autonomous delivery solution provider, appointedCenterfield Capital Partners CFO Jackie Byers as its CFO.
GreyOrange, a logistics robotics and fulfillment platform, appointed former Cvent executive Varun Sareen as its VP of Finance. The company also hired Brad Eastman as VP and General Counsel. Eastman joins with experience from RigNet, Schlumberger Limited, Input/Output, Inc. and Quanta Services.
Cloudera, a hybrid data cloud company, appointed Abhas as Chief Strategy Officer. The company also named Prat Moghe as EVP and GM of Cloud and selected Irma Laxamana as its Chief Legal Officer.
Lumen Technologies, a network services company, announced that Arrow Electronics CFO Chris Stansbury has been appointed CFO, effective April 4, 2022, succeeding Neel Dev.
Automation Anywhere, a robotic process automation (RPA) company, appointed Meenu Agarwal as EVP of Customer Success and Services. Agarwal joins Automation Anywhere from VMware, where she was SVP of Customer Success.
FuboTV, a sports-first live TV streaming platform, hired Henry Ahn as Chief Business Officer. Previously, Ahn served as President of Content Distribution and Partnerships for Univision Communications.
Yahoo!, a global media and tech company, selected Alicin Reidy-Williamson as its Chief Diversity & Culture Officer. She previously served as Chief Inclusion Officer at Endeavor.
Casa Systems, a provider of cloud-native software and solutions for wireless, cable and fixed broadband networks, named Edward Durkin as its CFO, effective April 4, 2022. Durkin most recently served as CFO of Fuze.
Poplar Homes, an AI-driven proptech company, hired Travis Buchanan (formerly of American Homes 4 Rent) as COO, Scott Breon (formerly of Vacasa) as Chief Strategy Officer, Carolyn Landis as EVP of Corporate Development, and Justin Lieberknecht (formerly of American Homes for Rent) as VP of Marketing.
Stratolaunch, a space vehicle manufacturer, announced that its President and COO, Dr. Zachary Krevor, has ascended to the role of President and CEO, effective immediately.
