Workplace Tech

AnyRoad, an Experience Relationship Management (ERM) company, revealed that Iain Hassall joined the company as its first CFO. Hassall comes to AnyRoad from Astronomer, where he served as CFO.

Pingboard, a software company that increases employee retention and engagement, appointed Laith Dahiyat as CEO. He was most recently the General Manager of Weedmaps.

ChurnZero, a Customer Success platform, named Aaron Levine as its CFO. Levine most recently served as the CFO of EveryAction.

PagerDuty, a leader in digital operations management, announced Shelley Webb will join as SVP of Legal and General Counsel on April 25, 2022. She was most recently a VP and Group General Counsel at Intel.

Fintech

Binance, a global blockchain ecosystem, appointed Rohit Wad, former Corporate VP at Microsoft, as its CTO, and Mayur Kamat, former Agoda VP of Product, as Head of Product.

Gateless, a technology company providing the mortgage industry with innovative AI solutions, hired Joe Langner as its first President. He is a former COO and Chief Sales Officer at Ellie Mae.

Celsius, a cryptocurrency lending and borrowing platform, appointed Guillermo Bodnar as its CTO. He most recently served as Chief Solutions Officer at Globant.

PayZen, a fintech company tackling healthcare affordability with AI-powered patient financing solutions, selected Chiranjib Gupta as the company's first Chief Risk Officer. Gupta comes to PayZen from Goldman Sachs, where he led efforts to develop artificial intelligence and machine learning models and optimization routines.

smartTrade Technologies, a market-leading provider of electronic trading solutions, revealed that Renaud Kerspern was appointed CFO. The company also named Elise van der Schans as Chief Human Resources Officer.

EdTech

Noodle, an online learning network, appointed Eric Sinoway as SVP of Corporate Partnerships. He was previously the SVP for Strategic Alliances at Mood Media.

Community Brands, a cloud-based software and payments solutions provider for associations, nonprofits, and schools, appointed David Wirta as its new CEO, effective April 11, 2022. He previously served in the executive suite at Community Brands in 2019 and 2020.

E-Commerce

Brikl, an e-commerce software platform for custom and promotional businesses and suppliers, selected Suzanne Pathmanathan as its first-ever VP of Marketing.

Transportation Tech

Monarch Tractor, a maker of the fully electric, driver-optional smart tractor, introduced Luc de Gaspe Beaubien as the company’s Global Head of Sales. He most recently served as VP of Business Development at Mahindra Automotive North America.

Mullen Automotive, an emerging electric vehicle (“EV”) manufacturer, promoted John Taylor to SVP of Global Manufacturing and Strategic Planning.

Cybersecurity

Infoblox, a cloud-first DNS management and security company, named Wei Chen as EVP and General Counsel. She joins Infoblox from Salesforce, where she served as SVP and Associate General Counsel of Strategic Transactions.

Vectra AI, an AI-driven threat detection and response service for hybrid and multi-cloud enterprises, selected Bonnie Simmons as VP of Partner Sales for the Americas. Before joining Vectra, Bonnie was Vice President of Enterprise Channel Sales at Sectigo.

IT

GitLab, a DevOps Platform, announced that Ashley Kramer has joined the company as its Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer. Kramer joins GitLab from Sisense, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer.

Appian, a low-code automation platform for building enterprise software applications, promoted Mark Matheos from Chief Accounting Officer to CFO.

Deepcrawl, a SaaS platform for Technical SEO analytics and automation, appointed Varun Athi as its new CFO. Athi previously led strategic finance roles at Cognizant, Vidyo, Dataminr, Butterfly Network, and, most recently, Aventri.

Deepcrawl, a SaaS platform for Technical SEO analytics and automation, announced that Panos Savopoulos has also joined as VP of Global Sales. Previously, Savopoulos led sales for Oracle's Loyalty Technology solution.

Unit4, a leader in enterprise cloud applications for people-centric organizations, announced Dave Dyer as Regional President of North America. Dyer has previously scaled multiple startups, including SuccessFactors, Birst, and Actifio.

Loft Labs, a startup working on developer tooling and multi-tenancy solutions for Kubernetes, announced that Daniel Finneran joined the company as VP of Marketing. He joins Loft Labs from Packet, an Equinix company.

Moloco, a machine learning and growth solutions provider for performance marketers, hired Dharti Patel as its Chief Accounting Officer. She previously served as CAO at Momentive.

Spire Global, a space-based data, analytics, and space services provider, appointed Benjamin Hackman as Head of Investor Relations. He most recently served as the CFO for Boeing’s F-15 program.

Epicor, a global leader of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, appointed Lisa Pope as President. She previously held leadership roles at Oracle, Infor, and QAD.

Internet

Spark Networks, a social dating platform, appointed Fred Beckley as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer. He recently served as EVP of Business Affairs & General Counsel at The Meet Group.

Travelzoo, a global Internet media company, appointed Rhea Saran as Global Head of Brand and Content. She joins Travelzoo from the Diriyah Gate Development Authority.

Vimeo, an all-in-one video software solution, appointed Gillian Munson as CFO. Munson most recently served as CFO at Iora Health.

StoryFile, a conversational video platform, named co-founder Heather Maio-Smith to the new role of Chief Visionary Officer and co-founder Stephen D. Smith as CEO. Matthew Everitt has also joined the company as CFO, having recently served as Executive Producer of NBC’s World of Dance with Jennifer Lopez and in both the CFO and CEO roles for the World of Dance organization.

Proptech

Spruce, a proptech company powering online real estate transactions, named Craig Cotton as its VP of Product. He previously led the product team for Amazon S3 and strategic initiatives for the AWS IoT service team.

Inhabit IQ, a software company serving the residential, commercial and vacation rental management industries, selected Elizabeth Francisco as its first Chief Experience Officer. She spent the last ten years in executive leadership at ResMan.

Veev, a technology-enabled homebuilding company, named Gordon Heneweer as CFO. Prior to Veev, Heneweer served as CFO for the past 10 years at CooperVision.

Realtor.com, a property hunting platform, announced that Bryan Ellis was named Chief Revenue Officer, and Arthur Chapin joined as Chief Growth Officer. Ellis joins Realtor.com from Angind Chapin comes to the commpany from Expedia Group.

Semiconductor Manufacturers

SiFive, a RISC-V computing leader, hired Nicole Singer as SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer. She recently served as SVP of Human Resources at Synaptic.

Micron Technology, a memory and storage solutions provider, hired Fran Dillard as VP and Chief Diversity Inclusion Officer. Dillard was most recently the Executive Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion enterprise programs, partnerships, and strategic solutions for Lockheed Martin.
