Workplace Tech

Convosight, a Community Marketing platform, hired Brad Hajart as VP for the US market. Hajart previously founded his own marketing company and held various roles across Advantage Solutions' marketing division.

Intercom, a provider of customer messaging solutions, appointed former Alteryx people chief L. David Kingsley has joined the company as its first Chief People Officer.

Humu, an HR technology company, announced TJ Williams has joined the organization as COO. He previously served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Degreed.

Lucid Software, a visual collaboration software provider, promoted its President and COO, Dave Grow, to CEO, effective immediately.

Bambee, an HR technology provider, selected former FanDuel and Blue Apron executive Lainie Cooney as its Chief People Officer.

Fintech

Binance, a blockchain ecosystem, promoted its Director of Sanctions Compliance, Chagri Poyraz, to Global Head of Sanctions.

Digital Prime Technologies, a provider of prime brokerage technology solutions for financial institutions entering the crypto and digital asset space, added Mark Spelker as CFO. Spelker was previously EVP and CFO of Innodata.

MonetaGo, a fintech solutions provider, appointed Ian Milne Head of Sales for Asia Pacific, effective immediately. He previously held senior roles at Fortis, Standard Chartered, HSBC, and Rabobank.

Q4, a capital markets communications platform, announced that CFO Ryan Levenberg will leave the company on May 31, 2022. COO ​​Donna de Winter will assume the role of interim CFO.

Sila, a fintech software platform that provides payment infrastructure as a service, announced that former Wyre executive Chris Chen has joined as its CTO.

Health Tech

Mindbody, an experience technology platform for the wellness industry, announced Meisha Sherman joined as its Chief People Officer. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Global Human Resources for Envista Corporation.

Wellinks, a COPD-focused digital health company, hired Dr. Abi Sundaramoorthy as Chief Medical Officer. Most recently, she served as the EVP of Clinical Enterprise at Somatus.

Base, a health technology company, named Dr. Murdoc Khaleghi as Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Khaleghi is a founding member of the Everlywell team and serves as Medical Director at several health tech startups.

Insurtech

Polly, an insurance marketplace for automotive retail, named Plymouth Rock's COO Tom Lyons as President and COO of Insurance.

EdTech

Kahoot!, an education technology platform, promoted sales and customer service leader Trish Sparks as the new CEO of Clever, the company’s digital learning platform. Clever’s co-founder and CEO Tyler Bosmeny will continue on as a board member and strategic advisor.

E-Commerce

CarParts.com, an e-commerce auto parts company, appointed Kals Subramanian as CTO. He previously served as VP of eCommerce Technology at Lowe's.

eBay announced the appointment of Eddie Garcia as Chief Product Officer. He joins eBay from Meta where he was Head of Commerce for the Facebook app

Media Tech

Qumu, a cloud-based enterprise video technology provider, appointed COO Rose Bentley as its new President and CEO.

Transportation Tech

Rivian, an electric vehicle maker, hired Anisa Kamadoli Costa as the company’s Chief Sustainability Officer. She most recently held the position of Chief Sustainability Officer at Tiffany & Co.

Fisker, an electric vehicle maker, named Frank Boroch as VP of Investor Relations and Treasury.

Logistics Tech

Convoy, a digital freight network, appointed Sonia Jain as CFO, effective April 25, 2022. She joins Convoy from Cars.com, where she serves as CFO.

Plus One Robotics, a vision-guided robotics technology and software provider for logistics, named Robert Nilsson as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to joining Plus One Robotics, Nilsson was the VP of Sales & Consulting for Swisslog.

Elemica, a digital supply chain network, appointed Matthew Lavelle as CFO. Most recently, Lavelle was CFO for Encompass Digital Media.

Cybersecurity

Ping Identity, an intelligent identity solution provider, hired Rakesh Thaker as its new SVP and Chief Development Officer. Thaker comes to Ping Identity from Cisco, where as VP of Enterprise Networking.

Malwarebytes, a global leader in real-time cyberprotection, brought on Laura Whitt-Winyard as its new Chief Information Security Officer. Whitt-Whinyard has achieved distinction as a Fellow at the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology.

SnapAttack, a cybersecurity firm, appointed Paul Caiazzo as Chief Growth Officer. Prior to joining SnapAttack, Caiazzo served as the CISO and SVP of Corporate Development at Avertium.

IT

Esper, a leader in DevOps for devices, selected DigniFi CFO David Barclay as its CFO.

Productboard, a customer-centric product management platform, announced Faranak Raissi joined as SVP of People and Culture. Raissi was most recently VP of HR at Atlassian.

Nintex, a process intelligence and automation software provider, named Eric Emans as its new CFO. Emans was previously CFO at Lighthouse.

Deep Labs, a leader in artificial intelligence and the creator of patented persona-based, context-aware decisioning and risk systems, announced that it hired Tina Figueroa as Chief People Officer. Most recently, Figueroa was EVP and Chief People Officer at Appriss.

Amplitude, a pioneer in digital optimization, appointed Adobe and DocuSign alum Lambert Walsh as its first Chief Customer Officer.

Pax8, a cloud commerce marketplace, announced Puneet Pamnani as its new CFO. He most recently served as CFO & Head of the PaaS business at KORE Wireless.

LogDNA, a centralized log management system, hired Rob Fry as CTO and Joe Pynadath as Chief Revenue Officer. Fry recently served as CTO at Armorblox and Pynadath was the VP of EMEA for Sauce Labs.

Internet

Leafly, an online cannabis discovery marketplace and resource for cannabis consumers, announced that Deidre Boulware will join as Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Leafly, Deidre served as VP and Head of Talent, Development & Diversity for American Century Investments.

Connectivity

Cable One, a broadband communications provider, appointed Todd Koetje as its next CFO, effective July 1, 2022. Koetje currently serves as the company’s SVP of Business Development and Finance.

Synchronoss Technologies, a cloud, messaging and digital products and platforms company, added Stanley Lowe as Chief Information Security Officer. Most recently, he was Global Chief Information Security Officer at Zscaler.

Semiconductor Manufacturers

AMD, an American semiconductor company, tapped Hasmukh Ranjan as its SVP and Chief Information Officer, effective immediately. Ranjan previously served as CIO at Xilinx.

NXP Semiconductors, a semiconductor manufacturer, selected Jennifer Wuamett as the company’s inaugural Chief Sustainability Officer. Wuamett had been the company’s EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
