Aircall, a digital business phone system, announced that Michael Haske will join the company as CEO, effective September 2, 2022. Haske was previously the President and COO at Paylocity.
Hourly.io, a workers' comp and payroll startup, tapped Jerico Vinsonhaler to serve as Head of Underwriting. Vinsonhaler previously spent 20 years leading underwriting strategy at Markel.

GoFundMe, an online fundraising platform, recruited former Microsoft executive and Xbox founder J Allard as its Chief Product and Technology Officer.
Marqeta, a modern card issuing platform, added Simon Khalaf as its new Chief Product Officer. Previously, Khalaf was the SVP in charge of Twilio’s core products.
Eleos Health, a CareOps automation startup targeting behavioral health, hired Yaar Reuveni as VP of Research and Development and Moshe Meroz as VP of Finance. Reuveni joins Eleos from Nielsen, where he served as VP of Research and Development and Meroz most recently served as the VP of Finance and Controller at Applitools.
uMotif, the creator of a patient-first eCOA / ePRO and engagement platform, named Gary Parrott as its CFO. Parrott was previously the VP of Finance for the Health Sciences Global Business Unit at Oracle.
Medely, a workforce management startup connecting healthcare professionals with jobs through an on-demand marketplace, hired Ashu Manohar as the company's VP of Product. Manohar was previously Head of Product for Courier at Uber.

ScholarPath, an education platform designed for high school students, named Jarvis Harris as its Chief Customer Officer. Harris was previously the Global VP of Customer Success & Consulting Services at Visier.

Girotto brings experience from her previous roles at Tableau, Microsoft, Starbucks and Getty Images. Alkarmi previosuly led enterprise video product at Brightcove, launched and ran Facebook Watch at Meta and held multiple senior roles at Amazon.
Fisker, an electric vehicle company, has hired Alpay Uguz as SVP of Global Manufacturing. Before joining Fisker, Alpay worked at BMW's production facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina as the general manager of the brand's SUVs.
Tesla, an electric vehicle company, lost AI and Autopilot leader Andrej Karpathy, who announced he has left the company.
Flock Freight, a technology company that is reinventing freight shipping with its patented shared truckload service, hired Orlando Baeza as its new Chief Marketing Officer, Pat Dillon as its new CFO, and Justin Turner as Chief Revenue Officer.
Locus, a technology company solving last-mile logistics challenges, appointed Mehul Kapadia as its Chief Growth Officer. Prior to joining Locus, Kapadia served as Global Head of Marketing for Vodafone's Large Enterprise & Public Sector, as COO for Motorsport Network and as SVP of Global Marketing for Tata Communications.
ID.me, a secure digital identity network, appointed Terry Neal as Chief Communications Officer. Neal was previously a Managing Director in the Corporate Affairs Practice at Burson Cohn & Wolfe.
