Currently serving as the Founding Executive Director of the 1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair since January 2012, Touria previously held roles such as Brand Engagement Manager at Flixmedia and Business Development Manager for the Middle East and Africa at Cisco, where strategic recruitment and partnership management were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes a tenure as Commercial Operations and Development Manager at Inquam UK Limited, contributing to telecom acquisitions and market strategies in North Africa. Touria began a career in finance with positions at Salomon Smith Barney and Westfalia Investments in New York City. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management and International Business, along with a BA in Finance, both from Pace University.
