Dabni McCrary

Dabni McCrary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, continuous improvement, and instructional design. Since December 2015, Dabni has served as Managing Partner and Achieve More Coach at Achieve More Coaching, while also working as a Leadership Team Coach for 1-800-BOARDUP, Inc., facilitating strategic Traction meetings to align the organization's goals with its core values. Previously, from April 2002 to June 2017, Dabni held roles as Continuous Improvement Consultant and Six Sigma Black Belt at Florida Blue, achieving significant cost savings through process improvements. Dabni's career also includes experience as an Instructional Designer at Florida Blue, a Technical Writer and Project Manager at Allstate Financial, and a 5th Grade Teacher at Duval County School Board. Educational background includes a BA in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida and Samford University.
