Kim Hampton

Kim Hampton, MSOD, is an experienced professional in organizational development and leadership coaching, currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Cook Children's Health Care System since February 2023. Hampton partners with leaders to tackle systemic burnout and enhance team well-being. Previously, as Program Director for Organization & Leadership Development at Children's Health from March 2016 to April 2022, leadership initiatives were led to improve employee engagement and capability in alignment with better outcomes for children. Hampton has also held roles as a Senior Consultant in Organization Development and Engagement, and as an Independent Consultant, advising global organizations on leadership change and employee engagement strategies. Notable past positions include Senior Organization Development Consultant at Sabre Corporation and Senior Performance Consultant at Electronic Data Systems, contributing to significant sales transformations. Hampton holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Central Michigan University.
