Eric Baudais

Eric Baudais currently serves as Digital Analytics Manager at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC., a position held since January 2023. Prior to this, Eric worked at Concentrix as a Senior Consultant in Marketing Analytics, where significant contributions included extending client contracts and creating healthcare-focused analytics solutions. At PK, Eric managed multiple analytics projects, enhancing project scope by exceeding client expectations. Eric's earlier experience at PennWell encompassed roles as Manager of SEO and SEO Campaign Analyst II, where strategic SEO initiatives led to substantial traffic increases across publisher websites. Eric also held positions at Creative Labs and Everyone's Internet, starting as an eCommerce Analyst and progressing through technical support roles. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
