Hal Siegel

Hal Siegel currently serves as Vice President of Digital Product and UX at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC., where leadership encompasses multiple digital product teams and the establishment of a UX design and research team across various brands. Previously, at Victoria's Secret, Hal held the position of Vice President of Digital Product and UX, overseeing UX design, research, and strategy for a significant global e-commerce platform. Hal also served as Associate Vice President of UX, leading a team to enhance user experiences across a broad digital ecosystem. Earlier in career, Hal co-founded BASIK, a digital agency, and held the role of Creative Director & Partner, focusing on e-commerce and luxury sectors. Hal holds a BFA from The Cooper Union and participated in a program at Stanford University in 2015.
