Joanna Zagata is an experienced Senior Production Artist and Graphic Designer currently working at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. since March 2010, where contributions have led to a notable 10% revenue growth across major retailers and a significant 20% closure rate through process improvements. Joanna has successfully managed over 1,800 prototype productions and coordinated the creation of essential consumer support materials for the Instacart Project. Prior freelance work included over 20 projects and collaboration on educational materials, while earlier experience involved graphic design at AllMedia Print Solutions Inc.
