Larry Zarin

Larry Zarin has been a director of the company since March 2009. Mr. Zarin was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Express Scripts, a Fortune 25 company whose goal is to make the use of prescription drugs safer and more affordable, until his retirement in July 2013. He joined Express Scripts in 1996 and during his tenure, he had a leading role in the successful integration of the company’s numerous major acquisitions, including, the $29.1 billion acquisition of Medco. Mr. Zarin was responsible for corporate communications and marketing and was a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events. Before joining Express Scripts, Mr. Zarin headed a St. Louis consulting firm.
