Shannon-Genesis Israel, MBA, has a diverse professional background with significant experience in project management and operations analysis. Currently serving as a Project Manager at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. since November 2019, Shannon-Genesis has also held roles as a WFM Analyst and Analyst in Real Time Operations within the same company.
