Susan Hui is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and growth products, particularly in AI and emerging technologies. Currently serving as Senior Director at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC., Susan leads the ideation, development, and launch of new products aimed at enhancing the gifting experience.
