Currently serving as Director of Operations and Franchise Support at 1-800 WATER DAMAGE since October 2017, Tim has also held significant roles such as General Manager of Operations at Allphase Restoration and Construction and Mitigation Manager at Global Restoration. Prior experience includes Operations Manager at Solomon Oil Company, President/Owner of Stanley Steemer of Reno, and various positions at Stanley Steemer International, Inc., including Branch Operations Support, Customer Sales Associate, Crew Chief, and Assistant Crew Chief. These roles have involved leadership, training, operational set-up, profitability maximization, and customer service enhancement.
