Fabio Saito has extensive work experience in the industrial operations field. Fabio started their career at Cervejaria Ambev in 1999 as an Engineer and Supervisor. In 2002, they joined Citrosuco, where they held multiple roles including Engineer, Coordinator, and Manager. Fabio later progressed to Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager. Currently, they serve as Director of Industrial Operations at Citrosuco.
Fabio Saito has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP. Fabio also has completed Graduate Studies in Business Administration and Management, General from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2001-2002 and Fundace FEARP USP in 2006-2007 respectively. In 2016, they obtained certificates in Negotiation from Columbia Business School and in Organizational Leadership from Kellogg Executive Education.

We are a 100% Brazilian-owned closed-capital company. We operate at all stages of the orange juice production chain, from cultivating fruit to the delivery of our products. We are an export-oriented company and our customers, mainly in the beverage segment, are located in more than 100 countries in all regions of the world. We have a total of 47 operating units consisting of four processing plants, 29 farms, three storage operations, five port terminals and six sales offices. We also operate five ships and 45 company-owned trucks dedicated to the transportation of orange juice. We are one of the world's largest orange juice companies. We strive to bring to life all of the potential offered by the orange, since, it's more than just a fruit, more than just a color, it's also the purpose and story of our company's existence.
