Richard Stewart has over 15 years of experience in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and design technology. Richard has held various roles in different companies, demonstrating their expertise and leadership in the industry.

Richard's most recent position was as an Associate Director - BIM Technology at 10 Design. Prior to that, they served as the Lead Mentor - BIM & Industry Workflows at Novatr (previously Oneistox). Richard also worked at B+H Architects as the Senior BIM Manager, Asia, where they played a crucial role in implementing design technology strategies and overseeing BIM contractual documentation for projects worldwide.

Before joining B+H Architects, Richard had served as a BIM Consultant at UNStudio and as the BIM Manager (Europe & Middle East) at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). Richard also worked as the UK BIM Manager at Scott Tallon Walker Architects and Stoas Architects, where they were responsible for BIM implementation and standards development.

Richard's earlier experience includes working as a Project Coordinator at Stepnell, where they managed project communication and workflow, and as a Building Technologist at Bovis Homes, where they coordinated building technology information for multiple construction sites.

Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated a strong knowledge of BIM, design technology strategies, and project management. Richard is an accredited professional with ISO19650 and a member of HKIBIM. Richard's roles have included advising leaders on adopting and implementing design technology strategies, reviewing BIM contractual documentation, and assisting teams in delivering projects using intelligent system integration workflows. Richard'sexpertise spans across different regions, including Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Richard Stewart obtained a Master's Degree in Project Management & Building Information Modelling from Northumbria University in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Technology from Birmingham City University in 2012. Richard'searlier education history includes attending Tudor Grange School from 1998 to 2003, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for that period.
