There shall be a Technology Committee appointed by the President. This committee will be responsible for enabling capabilities that will help the Corporation operate efficiently and effectively. Technologies such as email, social media platforms, electronic audio/video meeting platforms, etc. would be governed by this committee on behalf of the Corporation.
