Benjamin Croft

Benjamin Croft serves as CEO at GoodPeople.com.au, where the focus is on social entrepreneurship and community building. Since 2018, Benjamin has been a member of Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches, collaborating with prominent executive coaches and leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness. In addition, Benjamin contributes as an angel investor and advisor at Crafty Counsel, and has co-founded multiple ventures, including the Global Team Coaching Institute and Accelerating Coach Excellence, both of which were acquired by Coaching.com. As the founder and chairman of EthicalCoach, Benjamin facilitated access to executive coaching for nonprofit organizations tackling major humanitarian and environmental issues. Benjamin's extensive experience also includes founding the World Business & Executive Coach Summit and developing Conversational Intelligence® methodology in partnership with Judith E. Glaser. Educationally, Benjamin holds a BA (Honors) in Marketing from Birmingham City University.
