Amar Prlja

Amar Prlja began their work experience in 2016 as a Call Center Agent at Deluxe d.o.o, where they worked until 2018. Amar then joined Embers Call Center & Marketing GmbH as a Call Center Agent from 2018 to 2021. In 2018, they also started working at Vertigo d.o.o - Berlitz Language School as an English German Teacher, a role they held until 2021. During their time at Vertigo d.o.o, they also served as a Quality Assurance Manager from 2019 to 2021, where they implemented and monitored quality assurance measures and conducted audits.

In 2021, Amar Prlja joined TELUS as a Technical Lead, and they are currently employed in this role. Beginning in 2022, they took on the position of Account Manager at 100 Worte Sprachanalyse GmbH. This company offers a software solution for analyzing written language to determine personality traits, such as thinking style, authenticity, dominance, motivation, and mood, using text mining.

Amar Prlja began their education journey in 2011 at Hauptgymnasium des katholischen Schulzentrums Ivan Merz Banja Luka, where they studied until 2015. After completing their time there, Amar went on to pursue a degree in Medicine at Universität Banja Luka, where they studied from 2015 until 2020.
