Andreas Saar

Andreas Saar is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in additive manufacturing and advanced technologies. Currently serving on the Advisory Board of 1000KELVIN and as Chair of the Board of Advisors for Contour Crafting Corporation, Andreas contributes to optimizing metallurgy and construction printing processes. Previously, Andreas held a significant role as a Member of the Board of Directors at Evolve Additive Solutions, focusing on enhancing additive manufacturing production. From 1998 to 2021, Andreas was the Global VP of Additive Manufacturing at Siemens Digital Industries Software, overseeing comprehensive initiatives in the digital thread for industrialization. Earlier experience includes key positions in strategy, partnerships, and product development at Siemens and other organizations, complemented by a solid foundation in mechanical engineering and business administration from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
