Charles Polonovski

Charles Polonovski is an experienced HRIS project manager with a robust background in managing and implementing HR information systems across various organizations. Currently serving as Responsable de projet SIRH at 1001 Vies Habitat, Charles oversees the SIRH processes, including application maintenance for Talentsoft and payroll systems, and manages project initiatives related to system enhancements and integrations. Previous roles include Responsable de projet SIRH International at AXA, where responsibilities included managing international projects and vendor negotiations, and Group HRIS Manager at ORPEA, focusing on the implementation of HRIS across multiple regions. Charles has also contributed to HRIS projects in organizations such as Ville de Paris, Talentsoft, ENGIE, Québec International, and OECD, demonstrating expertise in HR processes, software deployment, and stakeholder coordination. Charles holds a degree from IÉSEG School of Management.
