Shail Daswani

Shail Daswani is currently working in the Founders' Office at 100ms. Prior to this, they worked as a Product at YourStory Media from April 2020 to September 2021. Before that, they worked as a Go-to-Market at Innovaccer from May 2019 to July 2019.

Shail has always been interested in the intersection of content and technology and how it can disrupt traditional media businesses. They were drawn to YourStory Media as one of the first PMs because of the company's focus on data and technology. At YourStory Media, Shail was responsible for building internal and consumer-facing products from scratch.

In May 2019, Shail started an internship at Innovaccer in the marketing department. They worked closely with the Director of Marketing and explored the world of marketing operations and brand marketing. After their internship, Innovaccer offered Shail a full-time position which they accepted. However, they left after a couple of months to pursue other opportunities.

Shail Daswani attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural & Food Engineering. Prior to that, they completed their HSC at Shiv Jyoti Senior Secondary School and their SSC at Dnyanmata High School, both in Maharashtra.

Shail Daswani reports to Aniket Behera, COO. Shail Daswani works with Hardik Maheshwari - Growth Engineer, Varun Soni - Sales Leader, and Arpit Mishra - Marketing Manager.
