Marcia Drake

Marcia Drake is a Council Member at 101 Blockchains. Marcia previously worked as the Data Quality Coordinator at the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts from March 2012 to November 2021. In this role, they designed and implemented a Data Quality Issue remediation process and facilitated cleanup of millions of court records together with over 500 Washington State courts, together with information technology and court business professionals at the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC).

Drake has also worked as a representative for AOC IT to the Washington State Traffic Records Governing Council, and as lead for the Washington State NHTSA Traffic Records Assessments for Citation and Adjudication agencies. Marcia has served as a grant reviewer and assisted in preparing for data audits. Additionally, they have provided training to courts, partner agencies and co-workers/management around the importance of Data Quality and various issues.

Marcia Drake received their BA in Anthropology from Western Washington University. Marcia also has a certification in Russian and Teaching English as a Second Language from the same school. Marcia later went on to study Music Composition, Anthropology, Sociology, Geology, Psychology at Pacific Lutheran University. For their high school education, they attended Rogers High School. In terms of professional development, Marcia Drake has a certification from Evercoach by Mindvalley in Mindvalley Certified Business Coach. Marcia also has a certification from Hackmakers in Hackmakers #WorldInnovationDay Hack 2022: Participant Certificate. In addition, they have a certification from 101 Blockchains in Certified Enterprise Blockchain Professional (CEBP). Furthermore, they have a certification in Sustainable Business - Managing Finances, Human Resources and Accountability from Alison - Free Online Learning. Additionally, they are a Certified Lifebook Leader and has a certification in Life Vision Creation and Accountability from The Lifebook Company. Finally, they have two certifications from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE); one in Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) and another in Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
