Marcelo Pinto

Marcelo Pinto has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Marcelo started their career in 2016 as an IT Analyst at HCL Technologies, where they provided remote desktop support and troubleshooting as part of the first-line service desk for a large client. Marcelo also worked as a Senior IT Analyst at HCL Technologies, where they analyzed, coached, and mentored the first-line support team. Additionally, they served as a Shift Lead, responsible for daily operational responsibilities, and as a Quality Lead, ensuring the quality of work done by the service desk agents.

In 2021, Marcelo joined a confidential company as a Tier 3 JavaScript Support Engineer and CSS specialist, taking care of technical support and assisting with customer dissatisfactory survey follow-ups.

Most recently, Marcelo worked as a Platform Data Analyst at 1010data and Inuits KRK. At 1010data, they managed data warehouse operations, provided technical support for data-loading processes, developed complex reports and applications, and performed internal analysis based on logs. Inuits KRK also employed Marcelo as a Platform Data Analyst.

Throughout their career, Marcelo has gained skills in various tools and technologies, including internal Structured Query Language platforms, Visual Studio Code, VM, Docker Desktop, and BitBucket.

Marcelo Pinto obtained an Engineer's degree in Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician. Marcelo attended Instituto Politécnico da Guarda from 2012 to 2015 and Politechnika Lubelska from 2012 to 2013.
