Dywan (Don P) Pullins is an experienced media professional currently serving as the Morning Show Host at 102.3FM WHIV-LP since June 2019 and as the CEO of Music Exchange Radio since May 2016. Dywan holds a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television from The University of Southern Mississippi, earned between 1998 and 2002.
