Marissa LoCascio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the exchange and legal sectors. Since 2004, Marissa has held multiple senior roles at 1031 CORP., including Senior Exchange Officer, Senior Vice President & Director of Operations, and Vice President. Prior experience includes serving as an Exchange Officer at First American Exchange from 2004 to 2009 and working as an Executive Assistant at Ellsworth, Carlton, Mixell, and Waldman Law Offices, where Marissa contributed to legal case preparation. Additionally, Marissa honed customer service and management skills at Texas Roadhouse, progressing through several positions, including Assistant Manager.
