Sabrina Richards

Prior to joining 1031 CORP., Sabrina spent 13 years in the 1031 exchange industry, including as the principal in a company facilitating reverse and improvement exchanges. For many of these years, Sabrina was a partner in a qualified intermediary, where she gained a wealth of knowledge on Section 1031 and its application and enjoyed helping clients accomplish their investment objectives. Sabrina is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and spent many years in Human Services, as a counselor and Career Coach, before finding 1031 exchanges.
