Jim Palmer

Jim Palmer serves as the Sr. Director and Chief Security Officer for Retail Operations, Loss Prevention, and Security at the U.S. Coast Guard since November 2008, overseeing a wide range of services including retail stores and commissaries. In addition to this role, Jim Palmer is a member of InfraGard since January 2020 and has held various positions in retail and loss prevention, including Director at Total Wine & More and Group Manager for Retail Loss Prevention at Lord & Taylor. Additionally, Jim Palmer has experience as a Regional Manager for Internal Investigations at LP Innovations and served as an Infantry Team Leader in the Army prior to transitioning to civilian roles.
