April Chang

April Chang has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. April began their career in 1994 as a Member of Technical Staff at Sun Microsystems. April subsequently progressed to Staff Engineer, Senior Engineering Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Engineering Director. In 2006, April joined Yahoo! as Senior Director Software Engineering and was responsible for creating a company-wide Site Integrity Program. From 2011 to 2014, April was the VP of Engineering at PayPal, where they led a team of 250 software developers and improved the Time to Market velocity from years to months to weeks. In 2015, they joined StyleSeat as VP of Engineering, where they more than doubled the GMV to $1. Finally, in 2017, April founded 10x10, a company that uses AI matching and automation technology to bring standout engineers to successful companies.
