Matthew Lamb has a diverse range of experience in the technology sector. Matthew began their career in 2005 as a Usability Intern at Usability Sciences Corporation, where they gained exposure to various clients and research methodologies. Matthew then transitioned to the role of Usability Analyst, performing user experience testing for a variety of companies and gaining experience with different research methodologies.

In 2008, Matthew advanced to the position of Senior Usability Analyst at Usability Sciences Corporation. In this role, they took on higher-profile projects and served as a mentor to new analysts. Matthew also started assisting the sales team in scoping research engagements and recommending methodologies to clients.

Matthew joined Appirio in 2011 as a Senior Consultant, where they provided technical expertise and consulting services. Matthew then took on the role of Technical Architect, expanding the company's use of Salesforce.com across various business divisions.

In 2014, Matthew joined Rackspace as a Senior Manager, Sales Systems and Tools, where they were responsible for managing sales systems and tools. Matthew worked there until 2016 before moving on to Trekbin, where they served as VP, Technology and Chief Architect for a few months.

In 2016, Matthew joined 10K Advisors as the Chief Technology Officer, overseeing all technology-related aspects of the company. Two years later, in 2018, they joined Invado Solutions as a Salesforce Technical Architect.

Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in technology leadership, Salesforce implementation, user experience research, and sales system management.

Matthew Lamb attended Texas A&M University from 2001 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator in March 2011, followed by a Salesforce Certified Developer in May 2011. Matthew also obtained the status of Salesforce MVP in March 2011. Matthew further pursued certifications in Salesforce, obtaining the titles of Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator in June 2011, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in July 2011, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant in September 2012. Their most recent certification was as a Salesforce Certified Advanced Developer, which they obtained in October 2013 from Salesforce.com.
