Kisa Brostrom

Kisa Brostrom is the Chief Data Officer at boodleAI. Kisa was previously a Senior Data Scientist at PatientPop Inc. from January 2019 to April 2020. While at PatientPop, they managed a small team of data scientists focused on optimizing the customer journey from acquistion to retention. Kisa provided technical leadership to data analysts, scientists, and engineers across simultaneous projects affecting every department in the company. Kisa also developed, implemented, and optimized churn prediction model to prioritize customer outreach and retention workflow. In addition, they designed and piloted a semisupervised model to predict likelihood to close and potential lifetime value for sales and marketing leads.

Kisa has also collaborated with and presented insights to every level of leadership from team leads to C-Suite executives. Kisa was responsible for adhoc analyses used in strategic purposes such as investor diligence requests, financial planning, board of director reports, roadmap creation, and new product creation. In addition, they advocated and promoted a culture of data literacy throughout the company through outreach and education programs. Kisa also prototyped several custom dashboard and data science platform solutions including building data pipelines, infrastructure, and front-end web applications. Lastly, they reconciled several disparate data sources and verified data quality, integrity, and availability.

Kisa Brostrom has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Oklahoma, and a Transfer Degree in Engineering from Rogers State University. Kisa also has a certification from IBM in Big Data Foundations - Level 1.
