Maheen Sumera Alavi

Maheen Alavi is an experienced professional in talent allocation and project management, currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Allocation & Mobilization at 10Pearls since September 2021. Prior to this role, Maheen held positions as Associate Project Manager and Project Lead at the same company. From May 2020 to August 2021, Maheen worked as a Product Manager at Ignite Solutions, a unified commerce tech startup based in Singapore, focusing on various commerce solutions. Maheen has a solid background in Agile methodologies, having served as Agile Software Product Manager at Tresk Technologies, where responsibilities included managing product life cycles and leading quality assurance teams. Earlier experience includes roles as Software Quality Assurance Manager and Team Lead, along with positions at Emigratus, starting as Software Quality Assurance Analyst.
