Bennet Sundlie

Bennet Sundlie is the Senior Project Manager at 10up. Prior to that, they were the Customer Care Program Manager, New Programs at BFA Industries from June 2021 to December 2021. There, they collaborated with technical teams and executives across 7 brands to launch strategic initiatives, and strategized macros, self-service, cancellation policy, improving retention 40% for Ipsy price increase. They also led OMS implementation for 2 brands; owning training, risk management, and strategy. Additionally, they owned fraud vendor management for 7 brands and reduced agent workload removing manual white list. Lastly, they spearheaded Care strategy for 7+ beauty brands to drive international expansion. Before BFA Industries, Sundlie was the Global Manager, Client Services at MARIA TASH from August 2017 to April 2021.
