Youssef Dhaouadi

Youssef Dhaouadi is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Country Project Manager at LEONI since October 2023, leading wiring harness projects for Volkswagen, Škoda, and Ford. Prior to this, Youssef held the position of Head of Quality Production Department at DRÄXLMAIER Group, overseeing quality processes for Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen. Previous roles include Quality Leader at Autoliv, managing quality across multiple processes in steering wheel production for major automotive brands, and a significant tenure at LEONI where Youssef managed projects for VW and coordinated continuous improvements across various platforms. Additional experience includes industrial manufacturing engineering at Aptiv and a graduation project focused on smart city technologies. Youssef holds a Master of Engineering degree in Applied Mathematics and Modeling from Ecole nationale supérieure des ingénieurs de Tunis.
