Ryan Abeling

Ryan Abeling is the current Associate Director of Client Delivery at 10up. Ryan has over 10 years of experience in project management, copywriting, and audio engineering. Ryan has a strong background in the legal industry and has participated in company management decisions and sales. Prior to their current position, Ryan was the Director of Project Management at Tenrec, Inc. from January 2012 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for creating and executing a vision for the project management department, leading the project management services from project intake to delivery, and managing employees and resources employed in the execution of projects. Ryan was also responsible for maintaining and overseeing the maintenance of documentation, schedule, budget and other essential project related materials. From November 2010 to December 2014, Ryan was the Founder/Editor-In-Chief of bePortland. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of content production for the website. Ryan also wrote articles and reviews for the website. From July 2006 to January 2012, Ryan worked as a Production Coordinator / Copywriter at Abeling Designs. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating audio production projects and writing copy for the website. Ryan also edited databases for entry into CMS. From July 2005 to July 2006, Ryan worked as an Audio Engineer at Motorola. In this role, they were responsible for recording and editing audio files for use in Motorola products. From June 2006 to February 2011, Ryan worked as Managing Editor at Rental & Staging Systems, SCN, DSM, AV Tech. In this role, they were responsible for managing the editorial content of the magazine and website. Ryan also wrote articles and reviews for the magazine.

Ryan Abeling's educational career includes a BS in TV/Radio Audio Production from Ithaca College and Regents from Fairport High School.
