Heidi Bradley

Heidi Bradley has an extensive work experience spanning multiple companies. Heidi joined Second Wave Delivery Systems in 2022 and is currently serving as the Director of Client Delivery. Prior to this, they worked at Advantasure from 2014 to 2022, where they held the position of Provider Engagement Manager. Before that, they worked as an Office Management/Surgical Coordinator at IHA from 2009 to 2014. Heidi'searliest work experience was with Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, where they served as a Patient Access Representative from 2006 to 2009.

Heidi Bradley attended Washtenaw Community College and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Management in 2021. Heidi also obtained additional certifications in Advanced Management and Computer Software Applications from the same institution in 2021. In addition, they received multiple certifications in various levels and fields such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel from McGraw-Hill - SIMnet and McGraw-Hill in 2020 and 2021.
