Sona Evanesyan PSM I have been working in the professional field since 2009. Starting in 2009, Sona worked as a Manager of Negotiation with Suppliers at Inter Octava LLC. In 2010, Sona moved to HSBC Bank Armenia as a Customer Service Representative at the Zeytun Branch. In 2014, Sona joined HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC as a Branch Supervisor and Customer Service Representative at the Main Office. Finally, in 2019, Sona began working as a Scrum Master at 10Web.io.

Sona Evanesyan PSM I have an education background that includes a Master's degree in MBA from the American University of Armenia, which was obtained between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Armenian State University of Economics between 2004 and 2008. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Hybrid Project Management: Do What Works from LinkedIn in February 2022, Advanced Agile: The Team's Mindset from LinkedIn in January 2022, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in April 2020, and IT Project Manager Preparation Course Verified Certificate from Busines Support Center in October 2018.
